If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Lisa Orr Art at 1.801.865.6942 Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM Mountain Standard Time or email us through our Contact Page. Refunds will be issued upon the receipt of unused product. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. If you have any questions or concern about returning an item, please email us through our Contact Page and we will provide shipping information. We will accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of product.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages and Shipments
Sometimes, a carrier will be unable to deliver a package to the address provided to them. This can happen if the address provided is incorrect.
If this happens, the package will:
- Be returned to Lisa Orr Art. We will provide a refund to the buyer for the item, less a 15% restocking fee and the shipping charges incurred by Lisa Orr Art(the cost of shipping the package to you and back to us) or
- The customer will provide a new shipping address and we will reconsign the order. The additional shipping cost due to the reconsignment will be billed to the customer.
Goods Damaged or Lost in Transit
You must physically inspect your goods before accepting them from the carrier. If there is any damage or any items are missing, it must be reported to the delivering agent for claim.
If you receive a defective product, Lisa Orr Art will replace the same item at no cost to the customer.
No returns will be accepted for the following conditions:
- The product has been modified
- Items from custom order specifically requested by the customer
- Volume order totaling more than $1000

All credit will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Due to the delicate nature of our products and the inevitable bumps encountered in transit, a product may occasionally arrive with some damage. If you receive a damaged product, please email us through our Contact Page. Make sure to include all available reference information to assist us.
